Sometimes you know something in your life isn't working, but you can't quite see why. Maybe you're facing a decision, repeating a pattern, questioning a relationship, or simply trying to understand what's happening in your life right now.
An Akashic Records session gives you a place to ask those questions and explore them from a spiritual perspective.
What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are a spiritual record of your soul's experiences, patterns, and choices. When I work with the Records, I consciously connect with your Record Keepers and ask questions on your behalf.
The Record Keepers are unique to each individual. They are an energetic presence connected to your Akashic Records, similar in nature to what many people might think of as their Higher Self. They are traditionally described as masters, teachers, and loved ones.
The information that comes through can offer another perspective on what you're experiencing and help you see something you may not have been able to see on your own.
What happens during a session?
An Akashic Records session is conversational. We begin with what's happening in your life and what you'd like to understand. You can come with specific questions, or we can figure out what you want to ask together.
I then open your Records, connect with your Record Keepers, and ask your questions. The information may come through as words, impressions, images, or a clear understanding. I share what comes through with you, and we explore it together.
You don't have to know anything about the Records beforehand, and you don't need to come with perfectly worded questions.
What can I ask?
You can ask about relationships, recurring patterns, decisions, work, personal growth, or situations you're having difficulty understanding.
You might ask:
Why do I keep repeating this pattern?
What am I not seeing about this situation?
What do I need to understand about this relationship?
What would be helpful for me to understand right now?
This isn't a psychic reading.
I'm not reading your energy, predicting your future, or telling you what you should do.
I work with the Records and your Record Keepers, ask your questions, and share what comes through. You decide what to do with the information.
Past-life information can come through if it is relevant to what we're exploring, but it isn't the focus of a session.
